Alright, I'm buying Assassin's Creed and I'll have enough money to buy one more game. I'm thinking either:

Guitar Hero 3

Rock Band

Call of Duty 4

or Mass Effect

Which one should I buy and why? I think I'll probably ask for Rock Band for Christmas andd not bother with CoD: 4. Also, if not any of these, any other suggestions?

COD4 if you are big on shooters, Mass Effect if you want a more story driven RPG.

I generally like shooters but I've heard so much about Mass Effect but I don't really know what it's about. What are each games big feature?

Personally, out of those 4, I'm going for COD4 first. I'm up for a new FPS with good online play because Halo is getting quite redundant. If you're in the same position as me in that respect, go for COD4.

I would go with Mass Effect. It has sooo much to do. And it looks so epic, and you cant go wrong with a Bioware made game.

out of COD4 and mass effect -i'd say mass effect. get cod4 if you want multiplayer, though.

Mass Effect is more of a hybrid rpg with shooter elements. It looks to play like a tactical shooter mixed with an rpg. Its awesome looking though.

if u like multi player games then get guitar hero 3 or cod4 but if u only like 1 player games then get mass effect

CoD4 if u want a fun shooter and multiplayer galore...but if u want a story driven game that'll last u a while(i'm hopin it does) then mass effect

I gotta say, I'm leaning towards Mass Effect, because it has an awesome story mode and tonnes of gameplay. CoD:4 looked good but it wasn't too unique. I do have a few questions about ME though:

Is there some sort of hand to hand combat, or only mercilessly beating your enemies with gunbutts?

Is your character all human or genetically modified right off the bat?
