Help me out with a resetting controllers issue pl0x

So, I live in a dorm hall where most of us play Xbox. My friends thought it would be a good practical joke to synch their xbox controllers with mine so they can dashboard me when I'm playing a game. It was funny at first, but now it's getting kind of annoying. Is there any way to reset all controllers to the xbox so when you use a new one, it must be synched up again? Or is there another way around this? Help me out please and thanks!

there should be a circular white button near the memory card slots on the console and a small circular button on the controllers...press the one on the console and then the one on the controller..should do it
