Help! My 360 won't let me install games to the hard drive.

Whats wrong with my 360? I have been trying to install a few games to the hard drive but my Xbox won't let me, and I am doing everything correctly. My friends have tried helping me figure out whats wrong but they have no idea either. Can someone please help?

I remove the disc and click on play from hard drive and it tells me to insert the game disc.

Even though the game is installed on the hard drive the 360 still requires the disc to be in the disc drive.
