HELP!! Oblivions terrible bug or something....

HELP!!!

I have 950 achievement points on oblivion. I'm on the last quest in the thieves guild questline...

this quest will give me the 1000 achievement points. i'm just a second away to getting it but.... 

Where the (anvil woman) meets his lost love.... 

They talk, he renounces to his profesion and leaves, then she sits down in mid air very strange

 and then the game freezes me in my place. I can move the crosshair but physically i can't move. 

i've reloaded it at least 10 times but it happens again and again.... 

anyone else have the same problem????     

This is what the page says... 

"On a lighter note, after the Gray Fox is done talking and the glitch occurs, the countess goes

to her chair and hovers in front of it in the sitting position, facing the chair!

There is NO KNOWN FIX FOR THIS GLITCH ON THE X360!!!"

 This is crap!!!!!!!!!!!

 I feel like hitting the crap out of all bethesda idiots!!!!

Any page where i can at least put a complaint in for an incomplete product???  or let the bethesda idiots

explain how the _____ they're going to fix it???

I never fixed it.

I only got a 360 a month ago. I'm really looking forward to playing Oblivion but I hope I don't come across any of the bugs or glitches. I also don't want the game to be spoiled by having to read through a walkthrough...

This is frustrating... i literally spent months to finish this game and this happens!

I know this is a huge game but... at least play through it once. I mean this is...
