I'm stuck after the part where you find the rocket firing sphere that breaks the windows. Can someone help me?

Past the room with the rocket launcher, you will come to a room with glass that you cannot get past. In the room that you cannot get to behind the glass, you will see writing on the wall that says "this way". You need to make a portal so the rocket will fire a rocket into the glass and break the window so you can go through. You will then need a box to get into the vent where the writing on the wall tells you to go. You will see boxes going through a glass tube above you. Again make a portal for the rocket and have the rocket break the glasstube so you can get a box to stand on and get in the vent.

I actually used a swivel chair to get into the vent.
