Help! please!

So i bought an arcade game from the US marketplace, and my old xbox(the US One) red ring, and then i bought a UK xbox slim and then i want to play that arcade game and it says "this games region code does not match your console"... so can you tell me how to transfer my US Account to make it a UK account?

I didn't think downloadable games had region codes

Some of them and some of them are not, the game that i wanted to play is Resident Evil 4 and it says "region is incorrect for this console", what should i do guys?

Have you changed your Microsoft address and redownloaded the game?
