Hi folks .. whenever i'm at the lobby or playing matchmaking my headphone is making an annoying hissing sound that makes my head blow .. It's only when I plug the mic wire though .. is there anything i can do to fix it ? it's brand new and i bet turtle beach won't give me a defective item ...

My bandweight is usually 2 yellow lines or 3 green lines which is really annoying cause i can't have a full experience of the game :( ... How can I get it to be 4 green lines all the time like others do ;( ?

I read on here that if you play with the charge and play kit it does that.

Probably interference with other wireless devices or like my x11's it always makes the hiss sound when it's quiet enough. Also, it's bandwidth* not bandweight lol.

Max volume. Ouch. Turtle beach's can get pretty loud and here lays your problem. When I mean quiet I'm not talking about the headset volume but parts of your game that don't have a lot of sound or any(ie game lobbies.) Seriously, your problem is your volume's on max, with my x 11's i usually have it half way depending on the game and even that's super loud for me. Save yourself from going deaf when your old!

if i really crank mine they crackle like crazy. if im at half volume (still plenty loud) they are fine. also what type of tv are using or do you have any electronics nearby like cordless phones or speakers? those wireless systems absolutely hate plasma tv's. Its even in the manual that you cant use the 2 together.
