I was starting play uno and when i was on the game everyone had their avatar animated but mine was like a picture of the avatar how can I change that?

when you're in the editor with the option to take pic as gamerpicture, you just click right stick in and it makes a random emotion depending on how close the camera is. (i think there's like 8 different emotions total)

Actually what you need to do is this,

Goto HELP & OPTIONS in the UNO menu, from there, goto PLAYER SETTINGS and make sure that Avatar is ENABLED and Gamer Picture is DISABLED.
