i have just downloaded the shivering isles for oblivion and now i am playing the game and i dont know how to get to the shivering isles. Can anyone tell me how i get to it?

what did it for me was resting for one day. but if that doesnt work its on a small island in the lake next to bravil you cant miss it look for the 3 sided face statue with the portal !!!!
