HELP TROUBLE ONLINe.

Well my friend just got his 360 and we're on each others friends list but when we try to do private chat i click accept chat then it just closes out

and when we can join a game together we can't talk to each other or hear each other we're not muted or nething idk what the problem is

we can't even play games together

yea we hear every1 fine it just we can't hear each other we didn't mute each other we clicked peffered each other cuz my other friend made a game and me and him joined it

i can hear the 3rd friend he can hear me but i still can't here the other friend but the other friend and here and speak to the 2nd friend
