help upgrating child to udult account?

i went to xbox.com and it said go into your xbox and select manage account and select upgrade from child to adult but i did that and there is no option to upgrade so please help me

I belive you must call up xbox and they will confirm it and it will change. I had to call them up to change mine awhile ago.

I had Two options:

1.) Wait till your a little over 18 and If you check with family settings or something, there will be a new option of to upgrade.

2.) Call up support, they should change it, but you do know how bad support can be :D
