Hi all, I'm looking for some help on choosing a new rpg game to play on the 360... I've currently played: Mass Effect trilogy, Oblivion and Skyrim, Dragon Age: Origins, and Dragon Age 2 (prefered the first one though!), Fallout 3, Deus Es:HR (not a full RPG agreed but it had certain elements), Lost Odyssey I'm after a good story and decent gameplay (although I know these should come hand in hand with a decent RPG). All opinions would be greatly appreciated on what to choose next!!JohnnyMac05
Try Fallout New Vegas. I think the setting is crappy compared to the first one (DC has so many icons and places to recognize... NV only has the Vegas strip) but every other aspect about the game is noticeably better imo. I love FFXIII a lot and it's sequel to a much lesser extent, but many hate it. Played and beat Eternal Sonata and I think it's really meh. Started Vesperia but fell off of it after about 15 hours or so. The story isn't interesting to me, I thought the graphics were only ok (not as good as ES imo), and the combat is both bad looking and boring/cakewalk to play through. Â Infinite Undiscovery is ass-crack. Â Don't bother with it unless you just like any JRPG, regardless of quality. Â There is nothing about this game that goes above mediocre.
I thought Star Ocean, Eternal Sonata, and Tales of Vesperia were all great. Final Fantasy XIII was also a pretty good game actually.
tales of vesperia is awesome it costs abot 30 or 25 its fun and like any of the tales of games has a great story and gameplayÂ
also you can pick up phantasy star 2 for 5 bux in the arcade its really worth it
