I want too know some fun and good RPGs for 360 but dont say Fable or Oblivion as there very obvious ones.

I was considering looking at Fallout 3. Is this a good choice?

Another RPG i noticed today while shopping was Infinite Undiscovery, is it any good?

To help you out a little my favourite RPGs include Sudeki (XBOX and PC), Morrowind (XBOX and PC), Vagrant Story (PS) and Final Fantasy Series (PS and GB).

My favourite adventure games include Medievil (PS), Zelda : Ocarina Of Time (N64) and I dont mind Assassins Creed (PS3 and 360)

All help greatly appreciated :)

Fallout 3 is an excellent choice. It's such an engrossing experience. You can walk around for hours and have fun just wandering the wasteland. Keep in mind that it's not the kind of game you can just pick up for a few minutes or even a half hour- you've gotta really get into it. I actually didn't really like it the first time I played it, but I went back after I beat it and eventually got the platinum trophy (I own the PS3 version which apparently has its own bugs and glitches). After my first playthrough, I guess I focused on what was going on in the world more and I ended up loving the game.

If you're looking for a more traditional RPG, go for Tales of Vesperia. The battles are action oriented so you won't have to slog through archaic turn-based monotony.

Judging by the reviews I would say stay away from Infinite Undiscovery.

Fallout 3 for WRPG open world fun.

Tales of Vesperia for traditional JRPG experience. The battles are in real time also, so no "you attack me now, then I attack you" stuff.

Fallout 3 is a great game. There's a hge world to explore, lots of quests, and insane action. If you're a real RPG fan you can easily grow to care about the world around you. The Karma system is one of the best I've seen in a game. You can never get to a point where everyone likes you. If your good, the raiders and Talon Company will be all over you. You bad, you'll have the citizens of the Capital Wasteland will fear you and the Brotherhood will be circumspect.

You could also check out Lost Odyseey. It's a JRPG made by RPG legend, Hironobu Sakaguchi, creator of Final Fantasy. You'll find a lot of the same gameplay you've seen, but that's not a bad thing. And the aim rings and the serious, interesting story add a bit of flare to the game.

Mass Effect is another great one. It's an action RPG where you take control of Command Sheppard and go on an epic quest through a living universe. You get loads of different armors, weapons and biotics. The combat is a bit like Gears of War, where you won't survive long without cover. The mechanic works good and the gunplay is something to look foward to. The conversation system is the best in any game to date. You choose the basic theme of what you'll say and then Sheppard will say some lines and the NPCs will react accordingly. It's usually that the Paragon(good morale) choice is the top right, the normal is the middle right, and the Renegade(bad morale) is the bottom right of the conversation wheel.

That's all that I've played so far, so enjoy.

Just based on the games you listed I would go with Mass effect. Great driven story and the "choice" system keeps it really engaging.

Thanks for all the help everyone

Defiantly adding Fallout 3 to my Wishlist and Tales of Vesperia sounds like a good option aswell

Mass Effect on the other hand, is it first or third person? Coz i know GOW is third and i dont like third as much :/

Mass effect is 3rd person, but it's not so much of a run and gun game... You'll have powers you can use to suspend enemies in the air, slow them down and stuff like that. Although it does have a cover system and is 3rd person, I wouldn't really compare it to Gears. The 3rd person perspective affords you a more complete view of the battlefield so you can plan your moves and have people in your party flank for you and stuff.

Mass Effect for definite, such a good game. The same can be said for Fallout 3, it's a really deep and involved RPG. You can play it tactically with VATS or as a shooter if you like. The support for DLC is outstanding too, Point Lookout is some of the best FO3 DLC yet.

Decent RPG's.

Mass Effect,Fallout 3, Marvel Ultimate Alliance andLost Odyssey. Future RPG'S to check out would beMarvel Ultimate Alliance 2 Final Fantasy XIII Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age:OriginsOh and stay away from Infinite Undiscovery. I've heard bad things about it from loads of people.

I'd go for Mass Effect, seems like a good game and you can find it used for about 15 bucks. Also, around October they're making a spy/secret agent type game called Alpha Protocol that's an RPG game and that looks really good.
