Ican not download game demos or anything that is above T rating.I do have family settings but ienabled the thing that said download from marketplace. what do i do. Thanks!

If your age is set under 18 it won't let you download M rated stuff. The same thing happened to me. Also you can't reset your age, once it's in it's iron

my friend made a seprate account for M doownloads once its downloaded you can play it as your normal user
