help with xbox gameplay recording

i need help recording my gameplay i use a dvd recorder to do it using the normal RCA cables but for some reason i cant play in PAL-60 it just goes black and white any ideas on whats wrong as most games dont support PAL-50

Interesting, didn't know you could do that with the 360. I've heard of PS3 people doing it cuz I guess it's built in.
