It's funny cause I actually said "Hey hotshot, popquiz!" to this guy I work with and had to correct myself because Dennis Hopper actually says "Popquiz hotshot!"

One good method is to boot the person with the fewest points in the scenario above. However, if the person kicked realizes that he might be very hurt inside. Just because a player is in last does not mean that he is doing anything he shouldn't be. My best method would be to keep track of which players are causing the hardest time (i.e. insane chatter, trash-talking). If no players are causing any problems, I would ask for players to volunteer leaving. --- Hey hotshot, pop quiz! You are playing GRAW 2, and in a Solo Elimination match you have 1 kill and 19 deaths. You are getting your ass handed to you and you know it. At least five players are trash-talking you, claiming that you are a "free kill" and that you should be banished forever. They threaten you and your family. Worst off, you are the highest ranked player in the room. What do you do?

What do you do? I either say your ping is 15000 so a person leaves, I say my guide froze so many leave, or I just don't say anything so they all leave. Also, I can make a really annoying meowing noise that will obviously disperse the flock. Then my friend can come :)

Curse them out of course, they don't know who you are, or where you live, so have fun with it. :)
Happens all of the time. I'll ask for voulenteers sometimes but most often it's either the eight year old kid who's voice is annoyingly high pitched and won't shut up (I thought this game was rated "M") or the guy who hasn't had a single kill aside from chainsaw's or grenade tagging. That guy at the bottom with one kill earned it with a shotgun and had a few downs and a couple revives, a chainsaw/grenade tag here or there is part of the game but what's with the guys who only learned how to use the "red button"?
