Do these things get the ring of death? Just wondering because most of my friends say its impossible for it to happen with an elite Thanks to anyone who answers
I have had mine for a little over a year and im got one. So yea anything possible. I played mine a lot between me and my brother so it had plenty of hours on it, but i sent it to microsoft and they sent me a new one for free. It stunk becaus eit took them three weeks to do so.
The newer the system the less of a chance you run of getting RROD due to changes in the Motherboards. The new Elites have the Jasper motherboards which should practically be RROD free. Once Microsoft changes over to the Valhalla motherboard RROD will be a thing of the past.
