This game is gonna rock. Not only do you get HL:E1 and E2 you get team fortress and portal. I think it will sale like one game so that will be pretty sweetÂ
You guys don't know what you're missing. I have Steam and boy is it swell! Seriously though, just wait, HL2 is epic, it deserves time, but if I were you, I would really consider the PC version, I mean, it was made for PC. Pity you guys aren't getting Counterstrike though, I guess Gates would be afraid CSS would replace Halo, lol. Worth the wait though, just hold on a bit longer.
I'm highly looking forward to this game (although I have HL2 on PC, my PC sucks & I want to play it on my HDTV).. Valve is now shooting for a back-to-school time release, which would normally equate to September - but knowing Valve that could be after Christmas.

HL2 was definitely meant for the PC, but I still plan on buying it for the 360 as well. I just gotta have anything HL related!Â

I have Half Life 2 GOTY on the PC and I agree it that it's really fun. But with the inclusion of the extra games and the fact that it'll look better (I have a good PC, my GPU is a 7600) since they can take advantage of things that a 360 can do that the PC version can't (full water reflections and improved anti-aliasing), I'm definitely gonna buy it.
I actually was one of the few people who bought HL2 on the old Xbox, mostley because my computer is a hunk of junk and is only good for internet...stuff. So my only option was on the Xbox now that its comming out for the 360 i'll gladly pick it up just for Ep:1, Ep:2 and Team Fortress, plus achievements mabye i'll actually get something for Ravenhome.
