it looks pretty darn good.. You will only notice to see the difference if you play that same game on a HDTV for more than few hours... I just recently upgraded... there is a big difference.. but even if you are running it on standard it still looks fantastic
it looks really good. there are a few games that suffer (kong:too dark, dead rising: text too small) but the 360 on sdtv looks better than xbox1 on hdtv. i even got that matrix game for the 1080i, it's not as good as the 360 on sdtv.
Graphics dont have as good color or as crisp on a hdtv, looks nice when I play at my friends house but on my hdtv i'm mostly in aw when playing lost planet. Lost planet looks amazing on hdtv.
they look ok on standard. but after playing on hd 60 inch and my parents not letting me bring my TV back to school, it is horrible playing on a 21 inch TV. I cant evenplay Rainbow 6 anymore until i go back home because it would be a disservice to the game to beat it to spite the graphics. Gears still looks good on standard though for some reason.
Would it look better on a monitor no matter what kind of monitor as long as it aint to old ?Â

It could look pretty good on any monitor but I dont think you can get 720p out of a crt.. maybe though. Deffiantly would look better with a monitor. most computer monitors can exceed 1080p resolution, but most aren't wide screen. and all pc monitors are progressive. crt also has the best picture, it's just the bulkiest type.Â
They look extremely good on Standard Def.I had a Standard def Tv and i was Blown away by the 360's graphics.When i got a HD i was OMFG NO WAI!!!!!!!!!!It was unreal.
I use a Standard TV, and all of the games I own look fine, but my family has an HDTV downstairs and everything looks cleaner, crisper, and all of the colors are brought out better in the games.
