I most likely wont be getting XBox live, and the only DLC I see myself getting is a few songs for GHWT/RB. I'll need room for about 6 games (NHL/NBA/RB/GHWT/Madden/GoW). Would a 20GB be enough to support those games?
Well considering you have to purchase the 20GB used from GameStop now as its discontinued or if you had a core model previously you can get one off of Microsoft, outside of that you gotta go for the 60/120GB HDD. For those games a 20GB should be fine depending on how many songs you get. Though if you want to take advantage of the ability to install games to the HDD coming next week the 20GB is practically useless.
Rereading your original post and seeing that I missed when you said "won't be getting live" just get the arcade model. Theres no sense in even getting a model with a HDD and not getting xbox live. But considering 360's no longer are manufactured with the 20GB HDD your only options are 60 and 120GB HDD. But if your not getting Live neither is usefull. Besides if your not getting xbox live then how are you getting DLC? You still need at least a silver live account to get content.
