Yep you need a capture card. But I have another question, where'd you get that gamer pic, I've seen another person with one like it.

hey everyone!

You can do one of two things to record yourself playing.

1) DVD recorder: just record like the old VHS says :D

2) This is how I have set myself up. You need the VGA splitter from Radio Shack ($50) this will take your input from the XBOX 360 and split it between your TV and your PC. In your PC you will need a TV card that accepts VGA. (I picked up an ATI card that came with an S-Video adaptor for accepting VGA ($50.) Then all you need is the extra cables which you can also pick up at radio shack.

Roughly $120 will get you set up. Some would say that you could just pick up a dvd recorder for that much and then put the DVD in the computer for editing. Personally, I find my method faster since it goes straight to my hard drive and I don't have to worry about the added cost of dvds. If this has been helpful please track me. I try to frequently add new videos.

Can't you just use a GameBridge?

I use a usb capture device, paid 15.00 quid for it from here: Video capture device came across these on you tube, just do a search for easycap on you tube, you will find loads of videos of people doing this. You may need to get a splitter though, so you can run it to your tv at the same time as some people get lag on the pc.
