I am thinking about buying an Xbox 360 off of craigs list. The seller said that the package has never been opened. How could I tell if I went to go look at it?

[QUOTE="dman777dman777"]dont think so, not without leaving a mark, plus when booted up it should go to the set-up screen They can be tampered with quite easily. To remove them without mark simply heat the seal using a blowdryer or something similar, the "security stickers" as well can be bought from any majour retailer like staplesCan the security stickers be tampered with and reglued somehow?

One indicator could be the disk drive of the XBOX. i heard lately the newer ones are working with a BenQ-Light drive (at least in my country), so if the salesman can tell you which drive the XBOX has, you should have a slight clue whether its new or if its in the shop since the very first day.
Please correct me, if im wrong.
well, he said he got his old one fixed and he bought this one for $190 with discounts, so he's just looking to get some cash back. it's for $175.00. should i do it?
