How can you tell if your console is refurbished or a new console???

Hey how can I tell the difference if the console i get back is refurbished or new only because the repair center is going to get my 360 today

Ok so refurbished means my console thats fixed well thats good and I wrote my serial number in my room so im good thanks

yah i sent mine last week. Got the RRoD. Well you shoud have written down the serial number of your console which was found on the back of it. If when you get your system back it is different, well then u have a new console. If it is the same, then it was refurbished.Likefire

i got rrod and the service man came after 3 days and relaced mine with a new one at my home on the spot.

one of my friend complained about rrod in the morning and he got a new one at around 6 pm the same day(replaced)

If it's a refurb it's a little louder, little hotter, little more disk unreadable e er, little slower.

If it's new it smells like all of M$ dirty money.
