My 360 is supposed to be delivered sometime this week from the repair center, but I work 8-5p Monday through Friday and UPS won't deliever it without a signature. It said on the sheet MS gave me that UPS will only do 3 attempts to deliver my system before it's returned to the repair center. How did you people who have 8-5 jobs get your system. I don't know what day it's supposed to be delivered and I sure as heck can't take the week off in anticipation. I'd be really upset if it get sent back and I have to wait another 2 weeks for it though.
they send it back to the shipping center that is closet to your house. so it sits in a warehouse probably within 30 minutes from your house usually. if you want the tracking number call 1-800-4myxbox and ask them for the tracking number so you can get it when they send it back. ups is the best on hitting their dates that they give you.
Luckily my apartment manager signed for my 360 when it came in. The best advice is to contact MS and get it sent to your office. I now get everything sent to my office from picture to a friggin' bumper pool table, yeah that one wasn't easy to explain to the boss.

I've started sending everything worth value to my office, from stuff I've won at auction. I also had a friggin' bumper pool table sent to my work. Yeah... that wasn't easy to explain to the boss but it worked!!!
Idea, track the package, (using the UPS website), and look and see what day it will arrive at a post office near you.
and the day it arrives at the local post office, personally pick it up early in the morning beofre they deliver it.

No, actually its a dumb idea. UPS doesnt deliver through local post offices. Thats the government buddy, and we all know the government doesnt like competition.
Heres wut you should do: Soon as you get off work, just go to the UPS builiding(get a phone book and look up the address) and just go get it.
