honestly i think this is a dumbest thing ive ever heard how oxymoron does this sound wrap it in towels for 20-30 while its on... lol this is just gonna cause more damage
then the solder melts back on to the gpu...NSR34GTRAAARRRGGHHHH!!!! Man, how do people think this is actually possible?!?! It DOES NOT MELT THE SOLDER! Solder has a melting point of anywhere between 180-190 degrees celcius (that's 360-370 farenheit, for the american's here). If your system got hot enough to melt the solder, it would melt every single ic connection, transistor, and plastic component in the damn system. Wrapping a 360 in towels heats the system to the point where the motherboard warps, causing it to a) flatten out again, reconnecting the connections solely through the fact that they happen to touch each other again, or b) warps the board so badly that it will never work again no matter what you do to it. This so-called fix is stupid, at best, and absolutely, mind-numbingly retarded at worst. Do yourself a favor, just send it to microsoft and get it repaired. Overheating a system to fix a problem caused by overheating is the most redundant thing in the world, and fails completely in execution.
