Call Microsoft to have the credit card removed, or turn off auto-renewal manualy through the xbox.com website. Log in to the gamertag associated w/the card etc. and click "my account" now "membership level" and click the green lit button that says"ON" next to where it says "Automatic renewal " and your done.
