Yes, that'll work. That's what we usually do at our LAN parties, anyways. If you want more than four people, though, you'll probably need to buy a switch, which has up to 16 most of the time.crucifine

That'll work as well.
You take as many 360s as you are planning to use, keep in mind 4 is the max. Then you either hook each of them up to a router or connect them wirelessly with the wireless network adapter.
