Try going to the router setup page and enabling UPnP. If that doesn't work then try putting you Xbox's IP address in a DMZ (De-Militarised Zone) which puts your Xbox outside of virus protection and Firewalls.

As Kaspanova said, 192.168.0.1 is the default for a router, though not necessarily yours. I had to give my 360 a static ip, port forward the xbox live ports (udp 88, tcp&udp 3074) to that ip, and put that ip in the DMZ as earlier stated. Untill I did both I had moderate, now always open.
You really need to get used to messing with your router settings.
Why don't you google it? You'll likely end up at portforward.com, from where you can find your router model, and then find the section on setting it up for Xbox 360.
