Unfortunetly dude you can only check your stats for chainsaws, curbstomps, headshots, and revives. The achievements system in Gears is VERY VERY messed up and glitched. I got my chainsaw ach. at 40 kills and my seriously achievement at 12.5K. CLiffy B says Epic has fixed this problem for Gears 2 though :). Good luck I'd recommend writing each weapon on an index card and tally marking them lol.
I wish there was a way for the weapons like the Hammer of Dawn or the Boomshot, because I think I am close. Then again, I've thought that for months now...
