How do you delete credit card information and LIVE account on 360?

I need to sell my 360 becuase I have no money :(

So I need to know how to get all that stuff off of the 360. And make the harddrive look new. Thank you for your time.

delete all the stuff off your hardrive the credit card info is stored to your profile so if you delete that then all the credit card info will be off the console.

I just want to remove me CC numbers off of my Xbox it has expired and I don't want it there to confuse me when I buy more points or get new gamer tags. Some one HELP me! SKRIPS

You HAVE to call MS customer service to get them to remove it. But it will also cancel your xbox live account if its the card you used to open it. Make SURE they give you a 25 digit reactivation code to reestablish your account after the card is removed.

Yeah I heard it's a pain to take off the CC numbers. Thats why I only buy the cards from the store and redeem the code.

i had to get my card info off too so it wouldn't be a charge option had to cancel my account try that
