How do you find the email that your gamertag was made with?

I Made my gamertag with an old email.. and forgot it.. my brothers gamertag has been deleted and i want to recover it.i know what the password was.

can i recover an account with only the GT and Password?

would Xbox be able to help me ?

Go to xbox.com, go to my account, hopefully you used an alternate email that you still use, because you can get your info sent there.
