to use all the different symbols why dont you just change the language on your current account? change it to whatever you want, make your bio, motto, etc.. whatever you want then change it back to english, whatever you typed will still be in the other languages. also, accounts are region locked now anyway, even if you have a japanese account in america you'll still only get the american content and not the japanese content, tried it when Resident Evil 5 demo came out in Japan early, made a Japanese account but still couldnt play the demo.
i had a japanese live acount back then and i got to play the japanese resident evil 5 demo

stop lying, no you didnt the demo was region locked. unless you where in Japan at the time or you downloaded it and burnt it to a disk and have a flashed Xbox you didnt play it until it was released in America
