So I sent my 360 in last Tuesday for the 5th time in 14 months. The past 3 have been for the same reason. Customer Support said when I send it in the repair people wil decide whether or not to send me a new one based on multiple returns for same reason. Well I sent my 360 in on Tuesday it arrived Thursday-Friday and the sent it back Saturday. Now it says 2-3 weeks for repairs and that was like 4-5 days. It should be coming in the mail today. Is there a way to check if its a new 360?
