Is it through Twitter? Or some websites? If it's through Twitter which accounts? I like how they respond to fans

They've changed alot since their 2013 E3 like their DRM or physical games being locked to one console. Can think of others like stopping the system to connect online if you play it in a country that has no Microsoft support. This year they've been backing away a little from Kinect by selling the console without it. Who knows what happens in the future if they hear more feedback. Maybe stop Kinect feature for some games to fully use its spec to power up game play or buy more exclusives. Titanfall is sick. I wanted to know where do they read such feedback?
Well they kinda reversed their whole vision of the xbox one just to suit the fans, and they made a halo 2 anniversary and they gave us games with gold......so yeah I guess they kinda do right?
The only real way Microsoft gets and evaluates customer feedback is through their Polls and Surveys. When you log into xbox.com, about once a month these will pop up. Not sure if they still do it, but back when they used "Points" for currency they would reward people who took the survey with points you could use to buy stuff like community games and avatar clothes.
I am sure they pay the most attention to twitter and then probably the forums on the major gaming sites.
