This Recession has hit me and alot of my friends pretty bad.

To the point we have to sell games to get games. I know alot of people tryin to do anything to get Those Mythic map packs (including me) but I guess we will just have to just wait till we can get some relief.

Hows it affected you?

I have found it brilliant, games are reducing in price alot and so i can buy a greater variety of games with reduced risk of not enjoying it. And those games i do sell i get for decent money off of ebay rather than the game stores. Its been excellent so far.

It hasn't. Only indirectly as it has affected the companies that make the games i play.

Well, instead of buying every game I want, I usually play one game until I beat it or just get bored with it. This recession has definitely impacted my gaming experience, although it's not as bad as it could be...

Heck, I've bought a new system and plenty of games to play on it during this recession. It hasn't hurt my experience at all.

Not much. Theres not been much to buy anyway. I've been buying older games that I missed or did not fully beat.

It hasn't affected me at all like most other people. Games aren't that expensive. The recession effected more expensive things like cars from what I know.

Absolutely no way has it affected my gaming. I don't buy many games, I mean I buy good games, games I know I'll like and not just take a chance on. So really, I make wise decisions about my budget. Plus, I work at Best Buy (part time, still in high school) so I can get them at an even lower price.

Hasn't affected me at all. I live in another country and have a well-paying job, so I can afford games. Luckily I don't have money problems.

It has not affected me in any way. In May I spent around $500 though none of that was for my xbox 360. This month I believe I will spend around $100 and maybe a little more. No game has really caught my eye and made me want it day one. Well besides Prototype but I was broke but now I am going to buy it sometime this month.

That certainly is a very nice thing to do. I am currently looking for employment as I also want to help out my parents. They are doing alright but they want to save up for a house but with the economy the way it is they can't save up fast enough.

I don't usually rush out to buy a new game on release day, but the current situation has just highlighted the difference in price of buying a game used, or paying full price. Also the price of many games does seem to fall very quickly, so that a good game may drop to half price within a couple of months - not the AAA titles, but for decent games that didn't get lots of hype or coverage. Combine with that the flood of great games at the end of last year, which are now great prices, and it has really taken much of the sting out of the current economy
