If you did download it, you should just access it from the menu like it sounds like you're trying. I didn't have any issues with this. Now I'm not trying to aggravate you any more, but are you absolutely certain that your download was successful?

We all make mistakes. Sometimes we just have to step back and assess the situation with a clear head.

I was going to ask if it was successful, too :P. Here's a tip - sometimes, for reasons unknown, Xbox 360s (in my experience) seem to like to cancel downloads if you exit the "downloading" (or whatever the name) screen, so make sure it is still carrying on. Also, if you go online, and go check if it's still in the list, it will have got rid of itself... it is rare, but it has happened to me a few times in the past and it's annoying :P.

You may have just accidentally canceled the download rather than just left the "Active Download" screen. Because I know that your downloads continue on in the background. I've never had a download mysteriously stop as I navigated around to other parts of the dashboard.

That is possible, will have to make sure from now on :P. It didn't just pause it though, sometimes it just disappeared and I had to go search for it again.
