How is Resident Evil 5 racist?

I really want to know why people think it's racist i have not heard one good reason for why people think this is going to be a racist game. It takes place in Africa we cant help it that Africa is densly populated with black people. And thats another thing why is it that the littlest thing that is bad it it happens to a black person its racist it doesnt make any sense. Look at the Jewish people genocide was commited against them by the Nazis but you dont see them taking it out on Germany. I really want to know everyone elses thoughts on this am i the only one who thinks like this?LongShot42

Somehow I think your lying and if your not how is it offensive? If RE5 is offensive for being set in africa then so is Black Hawk Down which the development team based the locales off of for RE5. Hell Call of Duty must be offensive to germans then for that matter.

to end this once and for all... how many games do you see where a bunch of white dudes get slaughtered and no one says anything... because it's just a freaking game. and look at most of these FPS coming out. who's the target? middle easterners. but no one gets all butthurt over that. so RE5 takes place in Haiti or timbuktu or wherever the hell it is... it's populated by black people. if that's racist, then the rest of the world is racist for not allowing equal dispersion of races in every country... and that's just retarded. no one would be freaking out if the game took place in england and a bunch of brits were getting killed.

As a gamer, to me, it doesn't. I don't feel it's racists when we slaughter Covanent.

My point is that if the game wants to avoid legitamet arguments about racism, Zombies should be on both sides of Island.
