It's because you live in Vancouver, It took 10 days for me to get mine from Ontario. It's farther away from the actual place thats why its taking so long.
K I just got of the phone with a man from new jersey who likes the rangers and lives in texas working at the NA microsoft headquarters or something, anyway turns out my order was cancelled by the system WTF! I got screwed for 3 weeks! anyways they are sending me the box for sure now and it should be here in 3-5 days, I hate M$ and the 360 console itself thank god it has fantastic games
1 day and i live in Dammam-Saudi Arabia , i really didnt send it in , i just brought my console to the shop that i bought it from to tell them about scratching problems i had , they said they will take a look at it to diagonise the problem , the next day i called him and he said bring all the xbox360 stuff that came with it and the box , i gone to the shop gived him the xbox360 stuff and he done somethings on his PC then he gave me a brand new xbox360 :D .
