My uncles was 3, but they couldn't fix his (he wrapped it in a towel), so they sent him a new one since after the 2 weeks they couldn't do anything for it.
If it can be fixed, depending of the problem, 1 to 2 weeks. If it can't be fixed, they'll do everything in their power to get you a 360 ASAP, even though it isn't yours.
Despite popular belief, I like them. I like them goods.
all the ppl saying it takes less than 2 weeks are lieing to u, usually takes 2-4 weeks mine took a month. although it was ok because they gave me a brand new one and a 1 month gold card :D
Mine took three weeks. Even though it said it was something like 3 day ground shipping it still took a while because McAllen, TX is a faaaar ways from where I live (New Jersey).
On another note...I still have the same exact problems with my xbox. Come on Microsoft couldnt you just give me a new one?
yup I never thought it would happen to mine but yeah it freaken did! So i sent it away friday and I gotts my fingaz crossed on it being back in time to me to pop in my fresh copy of GTA4 in..

thats crazy. Your scaring me there. I am on my first time, 3 weeks and still waiting. If I don't get this before GTA 4 is out, I might go crazy.
fdsfgs you need to grow up, he simply asked for peoples opinions, because clearly not everyone will have it back in 2weeks like you said, if fact from whats been posted on the forums, and not just this thread it is not what happens. Depending on what has happened to your console the times for repair / replacement differ, My console needed to be replaced and it took around 30-35 days and the costumer service was not pleasant at all, anyway good luck. hope you get to enjoy GTA on its release with everyone else.
