How long does it take to get a Xbox 360 Elite Transfer Cable?

Hi Guys,

I'm the happy owner of a Xbox 360 and am now gonna get a Xbox 360 Elite.( I'm giving my old console to a close friend of mine...)

My question is, how long does it take to get the Elite Transfer Cable from Microsoft? I live outside the US but am buying my Elite in the US because they dont have the Xbox 360 where I live. ( I live in Turkey-- they have the wii and the PS3, but no Xbox :( )

I need to know how long it takes because I'm only in the US for a couple of weeks and I need to know if it(the cable) would arrive in time or if I would be better served having MS mail it to a family member in the US who would then mail it over to me in Turkey..
