I've been on the phone for 50 min, 35+ of those waiting for someone. I remember back in february it didnt take this long. but i guess now with the warranty and more people owning a 360 the waiting time is gonna go up huh.
Also another question. I said it was for 3 red lights, but I'm just having a freezing problem (that will result in 3 red lights anyway) i previously said screen freezing but the voice said "this is easily fixable, let me walk you through it" then he went through the steps which wouldnt help. I just wanted to talk to someone so i did this instead.
Should i just say i have 3 red lights?? or tell him/her my problem (also my disk tray is messed up, doesn't come out all the time) and see ifi get help?
