altogether it took a little less than a month (counting weekends) from the time i requested a repair. so if you've got the box and sent it already, you have probably another week or two to go.
Depends on where you live. They ship UPS Ground from Texas so it can take 2-5 buisness days. I am from PA and it took 5 days to get the box to me. So another 5 days sending my 360 out and another 5 days for the return.
Annoying but it was my first 360 to brake down. Now if I get stuck in some loop of refurbs that brake constantly I will ask for at least 2 day air service.
It took about a month from requesting the repair til receiving it back but i wasted two weeks of that because i kept forgetting to arrange for it to be collected but i did eventully UPS picked it up from my house on the 22nd of February MS received it on the 25th on the 27th it was shipped back to me and they said that can take around 7 days i got it back on the 5th of March so had it not been for me taking my time i could of got it back in about two weeks.
i called microsoft last thursday, i got my puralator box on wednesday. sent it in thursday, they recieved it friday, and now it says its fixed and on its way back to me. is this usual for all this to hapen so fast?

mine came back in less than a week (friday to thursday) the first time i sent it off, recently it took 3 weeks
i live in nyc, the first time I sent the 360 it took about 3 weeks cause I had to wait for my coffin... but since they dont send boxes out anymore when I recently sent my 360 off to them, I got it back in about one week and a couple of days
so does it basically depend on where u live? im from england and i just took it to UPS today. could it still take up to a month? im not really that bothered i just hope to get it back before batman arkham asylum.
never had one repaired before but only took a week to get a new one from them, also they forgotto give back my hard drive one time, they sent me my own hard drive backl and a bran new one to go along with it
my friends also sent in his xbox this week too. he sent his in tuesday and got it back friday. we both live in canada. so if im right, and if purolator works weeneds ill be getting it sunday, if they dont then probably monday or tuesday. right?
