i got 28 with help of some friends on co-op , but you can get them all if you want , when you see that red gear symbol at the wall know that is a cog tag near, if you have no time to spend and just want the achievement just go to youtube and search cog tag , but i will not gonna do that becuase it will not make feel proud of it though i have no problems if somebody in co-op helps.
