Same as the white wireless controller, there's no price difference.

Walmart sells the black controllers. i went yesterday to go check out some stuff and i noticed a few black controllers, i picked 1 up. they sell for 5 bucks more than the white ones though. sergiomartinez1

Officially there are no black controllers available for purchase and that goes along with battery packs and other black accesories. Though you can expect them to be available eventually for the same price as their white counterparts.Chaos_Man

Wow, very wrong.  Both controllers, plug and play kits are available in black.
