how many hours of gameplay will it take to beat AC2?

I just wanted to know haw many hours it will take to beat all the side quest and main quest in this game. I'm trying to deciede what game to buy and this is a big factor for this game thanks

It seems pretty long, 20 hours for Main Story ONLY and 40-50 hours for EVERYTHING seems appropriate.

I have clocked in 20 + hours ( messing around with everything ) and i am just now getting to Venice, which i think is half way through the main story.
