How many people own Halo 3 even though they dislike it or think Halo stinks?

I'm just wondering ... it seems that everybody and their mother owns this game, even those who dislike it. It's something I've noticed ... a lot of people mention they don't like Halo ... and then mention that they own it :P

I kinda dislike it - I think i'd say "I own it, but not a massive fan"

I liked the first one - struggled through the second one and got the third one to finish the fight. Alot of my mates were playing it online as well.

Since COD4, its not been played at all though. Hype killed an OK game

I'd say the single player is entertaining. The biggest problem with the game is simply the stupid amount of hype - it actually spoils the game a little bit, as you are expecting it to be life changing or something.

I was actually slightly impressed, as I went into halo3 expecting to hate it.

i bought halo because all my other friends were playing online, so far..it hasnt really changed and not suprised. i think the hype gave this game a 9.5. i also havent played this game in ages because there are other online fps like ut3 and cod4 that are better than halo 3 IMO

I bought halo 3 for only one reason. To play its campaign mode. Don't get me wrong the campaign mode is great, but the online is over rated. About 40% of the people who have owned halo 2 will tell you that it was over rated. I think that It was because Microsoft advertised it a bit to much also because Microsoft owns and regulates Xbox and Xbox live.

i own it. and i really enjoy it.
