I wouldn't really call electronics an investment, but....
Premium Console, Two Controllers, Charge Kit, Camera, 3 headsets, est. 30 arcade titles, 10 retail games, few internet game purchases, and Gameznflix/Gamefly monthly charges since Launch. I would guess between 1500-2000. Maybe more.
Put me down for the too much category myself. 2 Premiums, 1 Core, 2 wireless wheels, 3 (or is it 4?) extra wireless controllers, plug and play, also wall charger thing. A wireless adapter, a few hundred dollars in downloaded movies and TV shows. A stack of games (at least 15-20, somemultiple copies for system link play), a couple dozen arcade titles and two Gold LIVE accounts.
This doesn't take into consideration furniture (racing rig for living room, also two playseats on the way for the game room) and extra monitors that I have bought either. I don't want to add it all up because it may be depressing.
I've got well over 60 games, a premuim system, two wireless controllers, xbox live, xbox live vision camera. Considering I live in Canada that's $80 a game after tax and it was $650 for the system with a warranty. Plus $80 for the live and Camera and another $50 for the the extra controller. That would be $5580 but it's a good thing I don't buy all my games new so it's probably somewhere around $4000.
I've got $430.98 for my premium and roughly $4500-$5000 in games (I currently own around 86 games, not including XBLA games). So I'm sitting around $6000 with accesories (wow that's sick :?). I try not to buy games at full price if I don't have to though.

60 games?!?! I thought 44 was overkill... Do you just purchase any game that interests you in the slightest bit? There has to be a ton of stinkers in that collection. I'm not attacking, I'm just curious. I think I've probably bought a total of around 20 games, and I feel like I've bought more games for this system than I ever have for any previous system.

i bought the premium- 440$(tax n all)................ owned 50 360 games, so that 3000 on games, 3 ex controllers-160, 2 chargers- 40, faceplates-40, wireless connector 100....so about 4000 dollars

A lot. 85 games, steering wheel, camera, 2nd wireless controller, VGA cable so i can take my 360 to my friends house to use with his PC monitor array, wireless adapter, wireless headset, plug and play charger, HD-DVD drive.
I've invested about 3550 hours on my 360. It's been worth it all too, compared to dollars i think i got some good deals, paid a lot though prob $2000. I've invested a lot of money in weed too, its all worth it.
I would guess about £1200 on 23 games, two extra controllers and the console itself and i will definately be adding another 10 games by the end of the year some being collectors so that will go up another £450-500.
