I would get a fresh one if I were you. Older hardware was more unstable.

I didnt say you were, however eBay has second hand 360s so you can gauge prices from there. :roll:

I don't recommend getting one used, but amazon always has good offers IMO. I have bought many used and on sale games. Don't know about the actual console though.
