How on earth do you think of a gamertag without numbers that is good?

Use a letter more than once intentionally. I originally wanted KoRRuPT. It was taken, so I made it KoRRRuPT. Some people put brackets around their name like "xX" or "II". Its probably a lot tougher now as the XBL community continues to grow larger.

I'd hate to see how much trouble you go through choosing games, if something like picking a GT gives you trouble :P

I really should change my gamertag too. I just used a variant of my bro's gamertag as I couldn't think of another name. And wanted a different user name than my PSN ID.

This was like 8 years ago. And I have a much better understanding of myself and what I would like as my gamer tag. One thing you could do is if you have a clan, you can add your clan name then the username you want.

Or substitute the clan tag for something else that appeals to your interests.
