how to conect a 360 to a laptop

you need a ethernet cable, plug the ethernet cable into ur xbox and the other end into your laptop, go onto your network connections and highlight them both and right click and select bridge connections, Done.

when i did that, it wound up messing my computer up. i had to restore it to factory settings

Use Internet Connection Sharing(ICS). That's what I use.
